We are now
accepting Layaway on all of our products. Layaway term for Totes &
Bags will be 30 days. The term for Baby Quilt Sets will be 60 days.
We require a $5.00
deposit on all layaways. There is a $1.00 non-refundable layaway service
fee. You can place as many items as you like on layaway, there is no

. To initiate a layaway, send us an
Email
with the following information:
Name
Address
Phone
Item number and description
of the item(s) that you wish to place on layaway.
You will receive
a confirmation email with our layaway agreement. You must reply to
this email indicating that you agree to comply with the layaway agreement
( as seen here
). We will then give you instructions for submitting your initial
deposit. Deposits and subsequent payments can be made by credit card,
paypal, check or money order. Payment address for deposits and payments
will be supplied in your confirmation email.
All Layaways require
a minimum $5.00 deposit. There is a $1.00 non-refundable layaway fee.
If your layaway is canceled for any reason, this $1.00 fee will not be refunded.
Your initial deposit, less the $1.00 fee will be applied toward the purchase
price and shipping charges for all items placed on layaway. Once you
have initiated a layaway, you will receive an email listing all items placed
on layaway and a grand total that includes shipping, as well as credit for
the initial deposit. You will have 30 days or 60 days to remit the remaining
balance. Totes and Bags are a 30 day layaway; Baby Quilts are a 60 day layaway.
We will provide you with weekly updates via email noting payments received
and credited, as well as the remaining balance and final payment date.
Items will be shipped as soon as payment in full is received.
"Overdue" layaways
will be handled as follows:
At 1 week past the
"due date", you will receive an email requesting that final payment be made.
At 2 weeks past due, a postcard will be sent to your home address requesting
final payment. At 4 weeks past due, the layaway will be canceled and
all moneys, less the $1.00 service fee, will be refunded.
You may cancel
your layaway for any reason, at any time. Simply email us requesting
a refund and all moneys, less the $1.00 service fee, will be refunded.
If you are having
difficulty meeting the financial obligation of the layaway, but don't wish
to cancel and need an extension, please email us. We will handle these
requests on an individual basis.
