return it with in 30 days in unwashed, salable condition and we will
give you a full refund of your purchase price, including shipping.

review our washing instructions. We will not be held responsible for
items that have been improperly laundered.

Shipping
All items are shipped via USPS and delivery confirmation is included in the shipping
price. All items are in stock (unless otherwise noted) and will be shipped
within 1 business day of receiving your order. Orders placed on a weekend
will be shipped on Mondays.

Washing Instructions
All totes and bags should be washed in cold water with a mild detergent.
We recommend hand washing or machine washing on gentle cycle only and line
dry. We will not be held responsible for items that have been improperly
laundered.
Please check
your invoice for specific washing instructions for your items. Some items
may have specific washing instructions.

eastern time zone, so those of you on the west coast who make inquiries in
